I’m a troubleshooter, problem-solver, and builder. I have a background in Philosophy, where I solidified and honed my ability and love for analytical and pragmatic thinking. I specialize in Support Engineering, where I bridge the gap between the user experience and the underlying technology they interface with, to make sure they have a pain-free, pleasant experience. 01. Projects

CucinaBova

A recipe manager designed to be mobile compatible. I started this project so that my family and I can save our recipes in a central location. It has a simple and easy to use interface. It has a feature to import a recipe from a site by pasting the link and parsing the JSON-LD into recipe categories. I'm experiementing with using a predefined decision based AI model to take unsctructured data and parse it in recipe parts to give another option for importing.

02. About

I’m a Support Engineer at OnShift, and a founding member of the Support Engineering team there — reporting to the Director of Architecture and Infrastructure, and acting as a bridge between the service and engineering teams.

I built the company’s first internal helpbot: an agent anchored by Claude Code that answers complex customer questions by querying our database, Grafana logs, and codebase. I also write and support custom C# scripts, dig through SQL for troubleshooting, and sit on the incident response team, where I handle status communication out to the whole organization including the executive team.

Before this I spent four years at OnShift moving from Technical Support Analyst to Product Specialist, where I was the subject matter expert for OnShift Time and helped take it from 0 to 1. I studied Philosophy at St. Edward’s University.
